OxyWhey blends whey protein isolate (WPI) and whey protein concentrate (WPC) for a high-protein, low-fat, low-carb shake. Protein helps with the growth and repair of muscle, so it suits a training routine focused on recovery and lean muscle, as part of a balanced diet.

What’s in each serve

According to the EHPlabs label, each serve has 25 g of protein, 2 g of fat or less and 3 g of carbs or less, with 0 g added sugar. Each tub has 25 serves, and net weight ranges from 800 g to 925 g depending on flavour.

The EHPlabs shaker

The EHPlabs shaker is a branded shaker bottle with a flip-top lid, made for mixing protein shakes and other drinks at home, at the gym or on the go. Add your liquid first, then your scoop, close the lid firmly and shake. Rinse it soon after use so it stays fresh.

How to use OxyWhey

• Mix: add 1 scoop to about 240 ml of ice-cold water or almond milk in your shaker and shake for 15–30 seconds until smooth.
• When: after training, with breakfast or mid-afternoon between meals, as directed on the label.
• Use alongside a varied diet and regular training. OxyWhey is a formulated supplementary sports food and not a sole source of nutrition.
• Not suitable for anyone with a milk or soy allergy, children under 15, or pregnant women unless under medical or dietetic supervision. If you have a medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor first.

Ingredients

Whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, natural flavours, salt, vegetable gums, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), sweetener (sucralose), digestive enzymes (Prohydrolase, lactase) and probiotic (Lactobacillus rhamnosus). Some flavours add cocoa powder, brown rice crisps, vitamins and minerals, or a natural colour.

Allergens: contains milk and soy. Made on equipment that also processes milk, egg, soy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. Ingredients vary by flavour, so check the label on your tub for the full list and nutrition information.
