Shipping & Returns


All orders placed with us are shipped using Australia Post and are generally dispatched the following business day, once your order has been confirmed and full payment has been received. Shipping costs are calculated based on the physical dimensions and weight of the items in your shopping cart and the distance between the delivery address and us.  Simply enter your country, state, suburb and postcode and click “Calculate Shipping” to see the shipping options that are available to you.

Please note that if, for some reason, your delivery cannot be completed and is returned to us, an additional shipping fee will be charged to resend your items. As a result, please ensure the delivery address you provide when placing your order is correct and complete. If you would like your items to be left at the delivery address, please use the delivery instructions field at the checkout. Please be aware, however, that we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, damaged or spoiled if you request your items to be left.



If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, we’ll send you the tracking number when we dispatch your items and also add the tracking number to your order (which can be viewed under the “Orders” tab of your account).  You can access your account using the My Account link in the footer of every page.  To track your shipment, simply go to the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number.



Please contact us before returning any items so that we can understand the reason for the return and take the appropriate action on receipt.  Please also note that customers are solely responsible for return shipping costs.
