How the OxyShred Twin Pack Plus works

2. Tub 2: do the same. It can be the same range and flavour, a different flavour, or a different range altogether.

Ultra Concentration, Hardcore or Non-Stim?

How many serves do I get?

It depends on which OxyShred tubs you pick, because Hardcore tubs have 40 serves and Ultra Concentration and Non-Stim tubs have 60.

The Acetyl L-Carnitine tub adds 100 serves on top, whichever OxyShred tubs you choose.

Not sure where to start? Ultra Concentration is the everyday OxyShred and the one most people choose. Hardcore suits people who already use caffeine products and want something stronger. Non-Stim has no caffeine, so it suits afternoon and evening sessions or anyone cutting back on caffeine.

EHPlabs Acetyl L-Carnitine

EHPlabs Acetyl L-Carnitine is a 100 g tub of acetyl L-carnitine powder, a form of the amino acid derivative L-carnitine. It comes as a fine powder with a 1 g serve, which gives about 100 serves per tub, so it’s easy to add to your OxyShred or water. EHPlabs designed it to pair with OxyShred, and many people take the two together. Follow the label on the tub for the serve size and when to take it.

How to use OxyShred

• Serve: 1 level scoop in about 295 ml of chilled water. Shake and drink.
• When: Ultra Concentration and Non-Stim are usually taken first thing in the morning, with a second serve before training on training days, as directed on the label. Hardcore is 1 scoop a day at most.
• Caffeine: Ultra Concentration and Hardcore contain caffeine. Count coffee, energy drinks and pre-workouts in your daily total, and avoid them late in the day if caffeine affects your sleep.
• Check with your doctor first if you’re under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication. Ultra Concentration and Hardcore aren’t suitable for people sensitive to caffeine.

All three OxyShred ranges are flavoured drink powders built on a blend of amino acids, plant extracts and vitamins, sweetened with sucralose. Ultra Concentration and Hardcore contain caffeine. Non-Stim has no caffeine and uses theacrine instead. Ingredients and allergen warnings differ between ranges, so check the label on each tub for the full ingredient list and amounts.
