Lean whey protein with 25 g protein a serve
OxyWhey Lean Whey Protein is made by Australian sports nutrition brand EHPlabs. Each scoop blends whey protein isolate (WPI) and whey protein concentrate (WPC) for a high-protein, low-fat, low-carb shake with 25 g of protein. EHPlabs adds digestive enzymes (Prohydrolase and lactase) and the probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, and uses natural flavours with 0 g added sugar. Protein helps with the growth and repair of muscle, so OxyWhey suits a routine focused on recovery and lean muscle.
It won’t do the work for you. OxyWhey is designed for people who already train and want an easy way to get more protein into their day, as part of a balanced diet. If you’d rather have an isolate-only protein, see IsoPept.

OxyWhey FAQ
- What is OxyWhey? OxyWhey Lean Whey Protein is a whey protein powder from Australian brand EHPlabs. It blends whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate, with digestive enzymes and a probiotic added.
- What’s the best OxyWhey flavour? It’s personal. Delicious Chocolate and Peanut Butter Puffs are the most searched, Vanilla Ice Cream is the most versatile in recipes, and Strawberry Milkshake and Banana Popsicle suit anyone after a milk bar style shake. The dropdown above always shows what’s in stock.
- How much protein is in a serve? 25 g, with 2 g of fat or less and 3 g of carbs or less, according to the EHPlabs label. Exact figures vary slightly by flavour.
- How many serves are in a tub? Every flavour has 25 serves. Net weight ranges from 800 g to 925 g depending on flavour, and the tub size shows when you pick your flavour above.
- When should I have OxyWhey? After training, with breakfast or as a snack between meals. It’s designed as an anytime protein.
- Can I mix OxyWhey with milk? Yes. EHPlabs suggests about 240 ml of ice-cold water or almond milk. Milk makes a thicker, creamier shake; water keeps it lighter.
- What’s the difference between OxyWhey and IsoPept? OxyWhey blends WPI and WPC with digestive enzymes and a probiotic. IsoPept is EHPlabs’ hydrolysed whey protein isolate, if you prefer an isolate-only protein.
- Is OxyWhey gluten free or vegan? It’s labelled gluten free, but it’s made on equipment that also processes wheat. It isn’t vegan, because whey comes from milk.
- Can I take OxyWhey with OxyShred? Yes, many people use both. OxyWhey is a protein shake and OxyShred is a separate drink mix, so follow each label’s directions.
- Is OxyWhey safe for athletes who are drug tested? Check the current label against the WADA list and Sport Integrity Australia’s guidance before using any supplement in tested sport.
