About this sample pack

Muscle Nation CUSTARD Casein Protein is a flavoured casein powder with a smooth, custard-like texture when mixed. This sample pack lets you try seven flavours without buying full tubs. Each sachet is one serve (40 g). Total pack weight is 280 g.

Casein is a milk protein that digests more slowly than whey. Many people use it in the evening, first thing in the morning, or anytime they want a filling protein snack. It is not a meal replacement.

The flavours in this pack (as printed on the pouch) are:

• Double Chocolate
• Strawberry
• Banoffee Pie
• Salted Caramel
• Golden Ice Cream
• Vanilla
• Cookies & Cream

How to use

• Empty one 40 g sachet into a shaker or bowl.
• Add water or milk and mix until smooth. Start with a small amount of liquid and adjust to the thickness you like.
• Eat on its own, or stir into oats or yoghurt. It can also go in baking.
• Follow the directions on your sachet. Check with your doctor if you are unsure whether a protein supplement suits you.

Ingredients

Ingredients and nutrition vary by flavour. The brand lists nutrition for Vanilla as a guide; check each sachet for its own panel.

Typical base: milk protein (casein) with flavourings and other ingredients printed on the sachet. Contains milk (dairy).

Allergen and dietary notes can differ by flavour (for example gluten-free claims). Always read the label on the sachet you open.

FAQ

How many serves are in the pack?
Seven single-serve sachets (7 × 40 g).

Is this the same formula as the tubs?
Yes — it is CUSTARD Casein Protein in single-serve sachets so you can try flavours before buying a tub.

Does it contain caffeine?
No. It is a casein protein powder, not a pre-workout.

Can I return opened sachets?
Change-of-mind returns need the pack unopened and unused. Faulty or incorrect items are covered under Australian Consumer Law. See our Shipping & Returns page.
