• Caffeine for energy and alertness. Hectic contains caffeine, so check the label and count any coffee or energy drinks you have on the same day.
• L-citrulline and agmatine sulfate, popular pump ingredients in pre-workouts.
• Beta-alanine, a common pre-workout ingredient for high-rep and high-intensity work. It can cause a harmless tingling feeling on the skin.
• Alpha-GPC, huperzine A and kanna for focus during your session.
• Himalayan rock salt and coconut water powder for electrolytes.

How to use Hectic Pre-Workout

• Mix 1 scoop with about 180 ml of cold water and drink 20–30 minutes before training.
• Experienced users can mix 2 scoops with about 350 ml of cold water.
• Don’t exceed 2 scoops a day, and avoid taking it late in the day if caffeine affects your sleep.

Hectic is not suitable for children under 15 or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Read the label warnings before use.
