Our coaching plans are designed to support you on your fitness journey and help you be the best you can be. They provide you with knowledge and guidance on how to train and what to eat (and importantly when to eat) to help you get results. We use industry recognised sports science and nutrition knowledge, gained through years of study and research, to design custom training plans for each of our clients. We also understand that people have busy lives with commitments and constraints, so our coaching plans are also designed to fit in with your life, routines and events.
Our approach to coaching is very data driven and we use information collected from your tests, training and nutrition to build and, importantly, periodically refine your individual plan as your body gradually adapts to the new levels of training intensity and nutritional intake. We work with a broad range of people at varying fitness levels and with different fitness goals, including strength training, skill development and base building, race preparation and more. If you’re looking to increase muscle mass or drop fat, we can help you with these goals too. Having the support of a coach is also a great way to keep motivated and we can help you to avoid the pitfalls and training plateaus along the way.

Body Composition
Knowing your body’s composition is a key input when trying to understanding your current state of health. Our Body Scan products measure the amount of fluid and body mass in various regions of your body to provide you with an accurate picture of your body’s composition; fat, bone, muscle, et cetera. You can then use this information when developing nutritional plans to tailor them to your specific needs.
The old adage of “muscle weighs more than fat” really is true, so you can’t always rely on your weight alone to track your training progress. Put simply, if you’re trying to lose fat, but your weight seems to plateau (or even increase) despite exercise, it may be that you’re laying down muscle or bone. Conversely, if your goal is to put on muscle and your weight is increasing without an increase in strength or stamina, you may be laying down fat – particularly if you’re not using a high quality protein or one that contains additional carbs. The only way to know for sure, is to track your body’s composition.
