About CUSTARD Casein Protein

Muscle Nation CUSTARD Casein Protein is a flavoured casein powder that mixes into a thick, creamy custard with just water or milk. Casein is a milk protein that digests more slowly than whey, so many people have it in the evening, first thing in the morning, or as a protein snack between meals. It is not a meal replacement.

The range covers chocolate favourites like Choc Mint, Choc Banana, Choc Honeycomb and Double Chocolate, dessert-style flavours such as Banoffee Pie, Boysenberry Cheesecake, Salted Caramel and Cookies & Cream, plus classic Vanilla and Strawberry. Each 1 kg tub makes about 25 serves.

How to use CUSTARD Casein Protein

• Add one serve (see the scoop size on your tub) to water or milk and mix until smooth.
• Use less liquid for a thick custard, or more for a thinner shake.
• Eat it on its own, or stir it through oats or yoghurt. It also works in baking.
