How to use NOW Magnesium Malate

How much: take 1 tablet 3 times a day, as directed on the label. Don’t take more than the label says.

Ingredients

The active ingredient is magnesium malate (1000 mg per tablet, providing 113 mg of elemental magnesium). The other ingredients are hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide and a vegetarian coating (hypromellose, calcium carbonate and glycerin).
