This is zinc on its own: each tablet supplies 50 mg of elemental zinc from 403 mg of zinc gluconate. There are no added blends, flavours or sweeteners, just zinc gluconate and the tablet ingredients. One tablet is one serve, and the 250-tablet bottle is NOW’s larger size.

How to use

Ingredients

The only active ingredient is zinc gluconate (403 mg, giving 50 mg of elemental zinc per tablet). The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, a vegetarian coating, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
